Former Kodak executive to manage the IDEX-owned optics operation.
March 4, Rochester, NY – Michael Marsh has joined IDEX Optics & Photonics as the General Manager for the company’s Optical Systems business. Mr. Marsh will be responsible for the Melles Griot Optical Systems Group, based in Rochester, NY and Tamagawa, Japan; along with the Melles Griot Laser Group, based in Carlsbad, CA.
Marsh’s broad professional experience includes General Management responsibility for several Eastman Kodak groups including the Inkjet Printing Solutions Group, and two Digital Capture Groups, along with the Marketing, Antitrust & Litigation Counsel and was the Assistant to the Chairman, also at Kodak.
Jerry Jurkiewicz, President of IDEX Optics & Photonics, states, “Mike fills a key role in the organization, and we are excited to bring his experience and expertise to the leadership team.”
