July 30, 2013, Rochester, NY – Semrock is pleased to announce the hiring of James (Jim) Harp as the New Business Development Strategic Account Manager. Mr. Harp’s primary responsibility will be to focus on Semrock’s high-volume optics business opportunities.
With over a decade of industry sales experience, Jim has previously held senior sales leadership positions with Perkin Elmer, and brings a well-rounded optics background to Semrock. Jim holds a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from University of California at Santa Barbara.
“We are very pleased to have Jim join Semrock’s OEM sales team,” stated Semrock’s Vice President of Sales, Moez Adatia. “Jim’s industry sales experience will be very valuable as we continue to grow and develop our high volume optics facility.”
