Fibercore Appoints Sudhendu Kashikar as Global Head of Oil & Gas

July 9th 2013, Fibercore, a UK based global market leader in the design and manufacture of specialty optical fiber announced the appointment of Sudhendu “Kash” Kashikar to Global Head of Oil & Gas to strengthen its team in this sector. Kash brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise of sales in the Oil and Gas sector.

Kash was most recently Vice President Sales for Oil & Gas at Silixa Ltd. Houston, TX, where he was responsible for building and growing Silixa’s upstream Oil & Gas business. Prior to this, Kash worked for 20 years at Schlumberger in many international locations in various senior roles from engineering through sales & marketing and finally to business development. Kash has demonstrated a strong track record of developing and commercialising new technologies, achieving significant sales growth, developing new business, and gaining market share.

Kash has published several papers examining an array of downhole challenges and solutions and holds two patents.
