First Sizable Order by Distribution Customer under New Non-Exclusive Distribution Arrangement
IRVINE, CA (September 28, 2010) - BIOLASE Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:BLTI), the world's leading dental laser company, is pleased to announce the first multi-product order from Benco Dental, the largest privately owned, full-service dental distributor in the United States.

Benco Dental provides more supply and equipment options than any other full-service dental distributor, an offering enhanced by a comprehensive suite of services, including office design, equipment repair, practice coaching, financing and project management, wealth management and dental-specific technology solutions. These services are supported by over 340 professionally trained sales representatives and 265 factory-trained service technicians.
During Benco Dental's 80-year history, the company has grown from a single-room office in Wilkes-Barre, PA into the nation's fastest growing dental distributor with 50 regional showroom locations and four distribution centers. In 2010, Benco Dental opened North America's largest dental equipment showroom as part of a new corporate headquarters. The 272,000-square-foot facility is called CenterPoint and is home to 25 fully functional operatories, a design concept suite, specialty displays, a handpiece cutting exhibit, sterilization models and 14 operational digital X-ray units.
