Pan-European distribution deal with AMS for the Israeli optics company Duma.
AMS Technologies, a leading high-tech distributor specializing in three key competencies (Optical Technologies, Thermal Management and Power Technologies), and Duma Optronics, a privately owned company specializing in electro-optical and laser instrumentation technology, announced the signing of a pan-European distribution agreement.
AMS Technologies and Duma Optronics signed a pan-European distribution agreement for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux, East Europe, France, Italy, Spain, UK and Ireland. Duma Optronics portfolio includes accessories for beam analysis systems, optical beam positioning, alignment measurement systems, electronic autocollimators and multi-channel power meters.
"This partnership will help to fulfill the demand for innovative optronics instrumentation, focusing on laser measurement application, through the wide network of AMS Technologies branches," said Shmulik Barzilay, VP sales and marketing of Duma Optronics.
"We are pleased about the partnership and are convinced that our joint know-how and experience will help our customers to optimize their real-time measurement of continuous or pulsed laser beams. With Duma Optronics solutions, laser manufacturers or the laser users are able to get beam parameters such as beam shape, energy distribution, power and position focused on his laser measurement application," said Jan Meise, CEO of AMS Technologies.
Duma Optronics, established in 1989 and located in Nesher, Israel, offers products covering wide range of industrial, defense and security and research applications.
