| A Lumentum laser diode is used for 3D sensing applications inside the "Bridge" mixed-reality headset being developed by Occipital. Lumentum expects applications like this in the emerging 3D sensing market to grow rapidly in the next few years - and the Oclaro deal will give it additional manufacturing capacity and design expertise to cope with that demand ramp.
