| Installations of MOCVD equipment have grown rapidly over the past two years. Initially that demand was split fairly evenly across Taiwan, Japan, mainland China and Korea, as manufacturers looked to ramp chip production for TV backlighting applications. But since the middle of 2010, installations have become far more focused on the Chinese mainland, a trend that will become even more pronounced this year.
