| First Solar's Perrysburg facility in Ohio was where the company initially manufactured CdTe PV modules, and this site produced 25 MW worth of panels in 2005. The four production lines at Perrysburg now have annual capacity of 238 MW, but the company's largest facility is in Malaysia, which has almost 1 GW of capacity.
