InterOptics, founded by industry veterans, is a new optical metrology instrumentation company offering value-engineered high precision interferometric equipment to manufacturers or users of precision surfaces.  OptoFlat, our low coherence interferometer, uses a unique LED illumination system to allow surface isolation of plane parallel optics for sub-nanometer measurement precision.  It measures flatness and transmitted wavefront of polished optical quality surfaces in a compact rigid platform.
