QD Laser is a Japan based company, offering the cutting-edge technology in semiconductor lasers and epitaxial wafers: Compact visible lasers (532, 561, 594 nm * 488, 552, 588 nm under development), Fabry-Perot lasers (640, 650, 660, 685, 785, 830, 850, 905 nm), 1 µm wavelength range DFB lasers (1018 to 1188 nm) and 1.3 µm quantum dot lasers. Our latest product is Lantana, a 532, 561 or 594 nm all-in-one compact laser unit with a built-in driver, an ideal light source for biomedical application.
