FLC is engaged in distribution of FP, DFB and DBR laser diodes, laser diode arrays, VCSELs, QCLs, incorporating them into laser diode modules free-space and fiber-coupled. Mid-IR LED, superluminescent diodes and DPSS lasers complete the line-up. The range covers wavelengths 266nm to 12um and power output 5mW to 1kW.
