QD Laser, Inc. is a Japan-based manufacturer of high-performance semiconductor lasers and high-quality quantum dot epitaxial wafers. Our lasers are built on GaAs platform using state-of-the-art epitaxial growth technologies of quantum dot/well.

Single Frequency Laser (DFB Laser) Specs:
- Wavelengths: 532, 561, 594 nm, 1018 – 1188 nm (488, 552, and 588 nm under development)
- Key Advantages: Ultra-short pulse operation (15-picosecond at 1064 nm, 20-picosecond at 1030 nm, and 50-picosecond across all wavelengths), narrow linewidth, and excellent spectral stability.
- Featured Product (Lantana): An ultra-compact 53cc, all-in-one visible laser unit with an integrated driver for hassle-free USB plug-and-play setup. No additional accessories required.
Fabry-Perot Laser Specs:
- Wavelengths: 640, 660, 685, 785, 830, 850, and 905 nm
- Key Advantages: High reliability, individual one-by-one testing data provided, and flexible, small MOQ options for initial evaluation.
Epi-Wafer Specs:
- Wavelengths: 1100 – 1330 nm
- Substrates: 3-inch or 4-inch GaAs. 6-inch wafer will be available in 2027.
- Key Advantages: High-density, uniform Quantum Dots, and excellent reliability at high temperatures.
