• The world's fastest mega-pixel CMOS camera the high-G FASTCAM SA1providing mega pixel resolution images to 5,400 fps (frames per second) and reduced resolution to 675,000 fps. The SA1 is the darling of test ranges through the world thanks to it s reliability, phenomenal light sensitivity and dynamic range.

• Low cost CCD solutions for use in a PC the Fastcam PCI provides 512 x 480 pixel resolution to 250 fps, and reduced resolution as high as 10,000 fps. Multiple cameras can easily be operated from a single PC and the supplied SDK (Software Developers Kit) makes integrating them into existing infrastructure a breeze.

• The 1024 PCI is the first 1,000 fps full resolution mega pixel camera developed for use in the PC and can be fitted with up to 24 GB of onboard memory for longer record time applications. Top speed is in excess of 100,000 fps.

• The sub-compact MH-4 can have one to four 2,000 fps tiny high-G camera heads (less than 1.5" (35mm) cubed) connected to a single battery backed-up small processor.

• The award winning ultima APX provides unmatched image quality with mega pixel resolution to 2,000 fps and a top speed of 120,000 fps, the small camera head connects via cable to the DC processor and is interchangeable between 10-bit monochrome, 30-bit color, and image intensified APX-i2 models.

• The FASTCAM MC2 is a dual headed high speed camera with great light sensitivity at full 512 x 512 10-bit pixel resolution to 2,000 fps, and reduced resolution operation up to 10,000 fps.

Photron Products Fastcam PCI The Fastcam PCI is the workhorse of the biomechanics and biology imaging markets, providing high quality 512 horizontal by 480 vertical pixel resolution as fast as 250 fps (frames per second). When coupled with the optional 52' (16m standard cable length is 20' or 6m) camera cable and Motion Tools Auto-Download, the Fastcam PCI becomes an exceptionally powerful tool for production line fault monitoring and finding with images of the problem recorded in hi-speed and then downloaded to a networked drive possible hundreds of miles away of later review and slow motion analysis. The CCD Fastcam PCI can operate up to 10,000 fps and comes loaded with memory for over 8.5 seconds record duration at 250 fps with maximum resolution with prices starting at under $10,000. 512 Fastcam PCIThe super sensitive CMOS Fastcam 512 PCI provides exceptional value for little cost and operates from pretty much an PC operating XP or 2000 OS'. Supplied with Photron's exceptionally sturdy PFV software, as well as the flexible and expandable Motion Tools software, the 512 PCI provides 2,000 fps (frames per second) at full 512 x 512 pixel resolution and can be operated as fast as 32,000 fps at reduced resolution. The small C-mount camera head connects to the PC mounted PCI card via a flexible 16' (5m) cable and is small and light weight. Fastcam 1024 PCIThe Fastcam 1024 PCI incorporates a third generation CMOS sensor ( a version of our design used in the award winning ultima APX and APX-RS cameras) to provide full mega pixel resolution as fast as 1,000 fps (frames per second), a speed/resolution combination unavailable in any other PC based high speed camera. The 1024 PCI is supplied with both C and F-mount lens adapters and the flexible 16 (5m) cable makes camera placement an easy task. The 10-bit CMOS sensor is unrivalled for light sensitivity and color fidelity. Motion Tools software Created for use with our Fastcam PCI and 512 PCI PC based cameras, Motion Tools is a powerful suite of tools intended to greatly enhance the capabilities of the conventional high speed camera. In addition to standard camera operation, image replay and saving functions, the basic software includes the ability to automatically track a single point of interest as it moves within the recorded sequence and a suite of expansion modules further increase capabilities beyond the norm. Optional modules include:

• Analog & Digital external data capture & synchronization
• Automatic download of recorded images and data to network
• Image Annotation of frames and sequences
• IRIG/GPS timing for remote camera synchronization
