OptiPro Systems has more than 35 years of experience developing and manufacturing precision optical fabrication machines and metrology systems. We are a global leader in designing and building computer controlled grinding, polishing, and measuring equipment for the precision optics and advanced ceramics industries. We control all phases of production at our modern facility for the Optoelectronics, Medical, Military, Automotive, and Aerospace industries. With an extensive line of solutions for a variety of shapes, sizes, and materials, OptiPro has the machine to meet your needs, including:
- CNC Optical Grinding Machines for planos, spheres, aspheres, freeforms, etc. up to 500mm in diameter
- CNC Ultrasonic Machining Centers for fast machining of hard technical ceramics
- CNC high speed polishing machines for planos and spherical optics up to 200mm
- Sub-aperture polishing (UltraForm® Finishing) machines for aspheres, cylinders, acylinders and freeform optics up to 500mm
- Contact metrology systems for planos, spheres, and aspheres
- Non-Contact Metrology Systems for aspheres, freeforms, and non-rotationally symmetric optics
In addition, OptiPro's Advanced Process Development (APD) department focuses on fabrication solutions for precision optics and technical ceramics. These solutions are designed to yield parts that can be manufactured from a variety of commercially available materials including optical glasses, ceramics, crystals, and alloys. Part diameters range from a millimeter up to one meter for flats, spheres, aspheres, cylindrical/acylindrical optics and conformal shapes. OptiPro Systems works together with customers' engineers on cost, process efficiency, design improvements, testing and evaluations to produce the highest quality fabrication and metrology systems that will add significant value to their overall capabilities.
