Production
Avalanche Photodiodes LASER COMPONENTS DG, Inc. has manufactured avalanche photodiodes in Phoenix, Arizona since 2004. The complete production chain is in our hands. The detectors are based on a specifically developed semiconductor structure. The standard program comprises epitaxy and reach-through APDs with an active area diameter of of 230 µm, 500 µm, and 3.5 mm. Pulsed Laser Diodes The experienced team at LASER COMPONENTS Canada, Inc. has manufactured pulsed laser diodes - available at 850 nm, 905 nm and 1550 nm - since 2002. We at LASER COMPONENTS rely on self-designed semiconductor material conceptualized for high power requirements in applications such as laser rangefinding. Laser Diodes LASER COMPONENTS GmbH manufactures a broad range of laser diodes mainly for spectroscopic applications in the near and mid-IR. The complete production line for IV-VI semiconductor material can be found under one roof. Additionally, III-V semiconductors are assembled and selected upon request. An application lab is also available to customers. Laser Modules Blau Optoelektronik GmbH is an important member of the LASER COMPONENTS family. For more than 10 years they have developed and manufactured laser diode modules and optoelectronic measurement systems. An experienced team is responsible for high volume production, yet flexible enough to allow for customized designs. The vast experience and ability of the team to focus on the essentials has provided for the highest quality for many years. Fiber Optics Customer requests for more flexibility and improved availability have led to our inhouse assembly of fiber optics in Olching. As a result, the range of different fiber/connector combinations has grown steadily and has eventually led to our high volume production.
