About
InfiniLED develops light source modules based on the patented μLED (microLED). The μLED produces a collimated, high intensity beam being directly from the chip & brings together the properties of a laser (high intensity, collimation) with that of a LED (no threshold, stability, arrays). An individual μLED pixel is 20um and can be produced a single pixels, clusters or individually addressable arrays. The arrays enable a range of new apps such as maskless lithography, LED printing, DNA synthesis.
