Micro Imaging Systems We produce imaging systems in compact form with high resolution. We fulfill the procedural & technical requirements to be able to meet the specific needs of a micro-camera system in the optimal way. Imaging Optics We have extensive expertise in opto-mechanical design. This way, we deliver lenses & optical systems manufactured to customer specifications with impressive results of the highest quality. Laser Beam Shaping Optics We develop high-performing optical systems based on sophisticated polishing and coating processes. They are diffraction-limited and adjusted precisely to your requirements. Our laser diode focusing & laser beam shaping systems are the interplay between optical and mechanical design, with F-Theta lenses and scan and zoom systems. Customized Photonics Systems Amongst our core competencies are imaging systems used in the areas of machine vision, microscopy and endoscopy.

FISBA READYBeam™ The READYBeam™ is our answer to customers increasing demand for compact, powerful and reliable multicolor laser source that can be easily integrated into existing set-ups. The multicolor laser module is available in four main configurations and can easily be configured upon request. Precision-molded Glass Optics From custom design & prototyping through to series production of double-sided aspheres, off-axis aspheres, and acylindrical lens arrays both in the visible and infrared range of the spectrum. FISBA was one of the first optical manufacturers in Europe to use this production technology. We're AS9100D / ISO 90001 certified and ITAR-compliant US production site and Swiss manufacturing site without ITAR restrictions. Flat Optics FISBA not only has the complete production chain in-house, we can also develop entire systems built to spec or support you in your development. We perform the processes for the whole optics production chain in-house and offer our customers coating and polishing of individual components - Porro prisms, polygons, windows, mirrors, wedges.

Micro Lenses for Imaging Systems We are specialists in ready-to-install, small & high-precision individual lenses and cemented elements. Our expertise includes sophisticated AR coatings, metallic rear-surface mirrors and masked black chrome coatings to reduce light scatter.

Slow Axis Collimator Lenses (SACs) In our portfolio, customers will find SAC lenses for single emitter laser diodes & SAC arrays for laser diode bars. Like our FACs, our SACs also deliver outstanding collimation quality & transmission. Fast Axis Collimator Lenses (FACs) / FACs on bottom tabs We started developing FACs more than 15 years ago. The result is highly automated in-house processes which allows for competitive prices - even with high volumes. In addition, our customers appreciate our extensive standard portfolio and the fast, flexible production times. FACs are positioned precisely on tabs in accordance with customer specifications, which makes handling easier and the FAC smile is therefore smaller and reproducible.
