AIM Specialty Materials offers solders for Photonic Packaging applications such as fiber/ferrule soldering, die attach, TEC soldering, fiber positioning and package sealing. Solders are available with melting points ranging from 118 to 300°C. Indium and Gold/Tin solders are available as wire, ribbon, paste and preforms in many sizes and purities.
