3D-Micromac AG develops and manufactures state of the art laser micromachining workstations for industry, research, and science. These systems are used e.g. in facilities for production of photovoltaic systems, processing of semi- conductors and medical applications. 3D-Micromac America is essentially an extension of 3D-Micromac AG (Germany). Based in St Charles, Missouri, 3DMMA was started by Nicholas Baer in April 2010. Nick heard of the opportunity from another laser firm where he was interviewing and quickly made arrangements with 3D Micromac in Germany to sell their high quality systems in North America. While 3DMMA is a separate firm, it works very closely with 3D Micromac AG in Germany to offer their high quality hardware/software at their standard prices... there is no markup. 3DMMA received product and service training and will be continuing the learning process with more visits to Germany! We provide service from our firm and 3D Micromac AG can attend to service if we are not available, etc. Eventually, after we grow a bit more, we hope to have service offices in remote locations throughout North America, in accordance with where the hardware is located.
