Pacific Aerospace & Electronics acquires Displays & Technologies

Pacific Aerospace & Electronics, Inc., has completed the acquisition of Electronic Speciality Corporation including the wholly-owned subsidiary Displays & Technologies, Inc. The purchased company will form the nucleus of Pacific Aerospace's Advanced Products Group. Electronic Specialty Corporation manufactures electromechanical devices for military and satellite applications, while Displays & Technologies, Inc., develops and markets ruggedized, optically enhanced flat panel displays and optic fibers for military and commercial applications.
