Raytheon to sell electronic controls business to EGO Group

Raytheon Company has reached an agreement with the EGO Group to sell its European-based Raytheon Electronic Controls business to the German company. The total considerations, including assumption of debt, are valued at $38 million. The Electronic Controls business manufactures controls for appliances, tools, automotive and other applications and has operations in Germany and Spain.
