| The beam splitter DOE accepts a collimated beam and produces a number of beams with the same characteristics as the incident beam except for angle of propagation and power. By placing a focusing lens close to the element, all beams can be focused into spots. A mask is recommended for blocking higher order diffraction fringes. |
