| LCD backlight market 2004-2008. After very rapid growth over the past two years, the LCD backlighting sector will start to level out as the wider cell-phone market itself begins to flatten. Despite growth in cell phones slowing, similar backlighting applications in other consumer products such as TVs are expected to help the sector retain its market share at around 25%. |
