| Sony's mass produced OLED display will debut in the CLIE PEG-VZ90 personal entertainment organizer. The handheld device measures 109×87×23 mm and weighs 270 g. Retailing for around ¥95 000 ($867), the PEG-VZ90 is due to be launched in Japan on 25 September 2004. |
