| Visible fluorescence from a 10x22 surface-emitting diode array made by QPC. The device actually has 220 discrete emitters, but the light emission appears as stripes due to the broad beam divergence in the vertical direction. QPC hopes to have commercial prototypes ready by the end of the year. |
