Sumita Optical Glass, Inc can supply custom micro ashpheric lenses, whose mimum outer diameter is 0.25mm. These lenses are moloded with precise metal dies by precision techologies. We had started manufacturing aspheric lenses by molding since 1985. In long history, we have acquired much technology and know-how. Its main application is endoscopes. Recently trend of medical industry is minimully invasive treatments, which requires micro optical components. Sumita's optical components enable valuable customers to enhence their medical devises.
