Lighting effects and lasers help bring the entertainment industry to life. High quality optical prisms are one of the key components to this. Knight Optical’s prisms are available in a wide range of shapes and sizes to create the desired effect.

Manufactured from optical glasses such as UV fused silica, BK7 or equivalent, quartz and other high quality optical glasses, angled correctly the light path is split into its range of wavelengths for use in visual effects.

Depending on your requirements and application, there are many different types of prisms available. Some of these can be coated with AR coatings or Mirror coatings to produce different lighting and laser effects.
