12 Sep 2016 These avalanche photodiodes from First Sensor were developed specifically for laser rangefinding and laser scanning applications such as safety scanners, 3D-mapping, environmental monitoring and high resolution LIDAR systems for autonomous driving. The series provides fundamental technology for specific development of custom-designed solutions e.g. different geometries, packages and arrays.
