24 Sep 2008 The VDS Vosskuhler NIR-300 is an infrared camera with a spectral range of 0.9 – 1.7 µm. This digital camera incorporates a 320 x 256 InGaAs sensor with a 14 bit readout at 50 frames/sec (or 100 frames/sec. with the NIR-300F version of the camera). The camera is available with either Camera Link or Gigabit Ethernet. The camera can be delivered as an uncooled version or with a peltier cooler allowing longer exposure times.
