Infrared image converters are idea of monitoring laser beams between 700 to 1300 nm.

Utilising integrated photo-cathode tube they convert the IR laser light into green coloured visible images making them easy to see. Two models are available, the 86600 and 86910, both utilising the internationally renowned image intensifier tube RCA6914, but using selected longer wavelength tubes for the 86910 converter. The 86600 is recommended for use between 700 to 1100 nm, whereas the 86910 is recommended for wavelengths up to 1300 nm and also produces a higher contrast image.
