DILAS and Special Systems, LLC Strategic Partnership

Mainz, Germany, February 12, 2014 – DILAS, the diode laser company and Special Systems, LLC, distributor of solutions for various photonic markets are pleased to announce effective January 1, 2014, a strategic partnership naming Special Systems as the exclusive distributor for DILAS in Russia (Belarus and Ukraine).

“For this region, we see a growing demand for our high-power diode laser components for applications such as DPSSL and fiber pumping, medical, defense and materials processing”, said Dr. Jörg Neukum, DILAS’ Director Marketing and Sales. “With the appointment of Special Systems, LLC, our existing customers will profit from a much better service and continuity and we will have a better access to the growing markets in this region”.
