Zygo Receives $2 Million Manufacturing Order From Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturer

Deal to supply high-precision assembles is signed.

MIDDLEFIELD, Conn., Aug. 5, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Zygo Corporation (ZIGO), a worldwide supplier of optical metrology instruments and high precision optical systems, today announced that its Optical Systems Division has received an order valued at $2 million from a semiconductor equipment manufacturer to produce high precision assemblies.

Zygo will produce the assemblies at its Electro-Optics facility in Costa Mesa, CA, which specializes in high precision manufacturing of optical systems and assemblies for semiconductor, life science and defense markets.
