The QDI 2010™ is designed to measure the absorbance, reflectance, fluorescence, emission and polarization spectra of even sub-micron sampling areas rapidly and non-destructively. When combined with CRAIC Technologies proprietary UV-visible-NIR micro-imaging capabilities and applications specific software, the QDI 2010™ is able to analyze many types of samples in many different ways. The QDI 2010™ is designed to be a flexible yet powerful instrument able to meet a laboratories microscopic sample analysis requirement.

The complete QDI 2010™ instrument solution combines advanced microspectroscopy with high resolution UV-visible-NIR imaging and sophisticated software to enable the user to measure microscopic sample areas by transmission, reflectance, emission or polarization microspectroscopy. Due to the flexibility of the CRAIC Technologies design, sampling areas can range from over 100 microns across to less than a micron. Designed for the laboratory or production environments, the QDI 2010™ incorporates a number of data analysis software packages, such as film thickness, colorimetry and more. The ability to directly image with ultraviolet, visible or NIR microscopy can also be added to this instrument. The QDI 2010™ microspectrophotometer can be supplied with different levels of automation, from fully manual to completely programmable, depending upon your requirements.
