One of its hallmark features is high sensitivity across the near-infrared range of 0.9 to 2.1 µm, made possible by the combination of an InGaAs photodiode array and a CMOS chip. The G1682x series allows users to optimize performance with selectable conversion efficiency settings, giving them the ability to choose between CE=16 nV/e- and CE=160 nV/e- via external voltage.
