Hamamatsu Photonics introduces its G1719X series of InGaAs Photodiodes: compact, surface-mounted NIR sensors with low dark current designed for infrared applications, including gas sensing, laser measurements, and remote temperature sensing. Sensitivity Across Multiple Wavelengths The G1719X series provides sensitivity across a range of wavelengths from 1.7 μm to 2.6 μm, with options for four distinct sensitivity levels and three photosensitive areas ranging from φ0.3 mm to φ1.0 mm. This flexibility allows for a variety of uses in fields such as environmental monitoring and industrial processes. Low Dark Current for Improved Performance A key feature of this photodiode series is its low dark current, comparable to conventional metal package products. This characteristic enables reliable performance in low-light environments. Compact Design for Easy Integration The photodiodes come in a compact surface-mount ceramic package measuring 2.9 mm x 2.9 mm x 1.2 mm, facilitating easy integration into portable devices. The small footprint is suitable for portable devices, including handheld, and are compatible with lead-free reflow soldering. Discover more about the G1719X series of InGaAs photodiodes now. |
