New reflective sensor with InGaAs photodiode and infrared LED

Hamamatsu Photonics introduces a new Photonic Integrated Circuit (Photo IC), P13567-02CT, with applications as an optical moisture detector. This sensor integrates an InGaAs PIN photodiode and a LED into the same compact package. The device emits and detects reflected light at 1.45 mm and provides digital output through an I2C interface.
