New NIR enhanced MPPC® (SiPM) for LiDAR

Introducing the new S15639-1325PS MPPC® with high detection efficiency in the NIR wavelength region.  Compared to previous products, the detection efficiency at 905 nm has increased from 7% to 9%.   It has an active area size of 1.3 x 1.1 mm, a low afterpulse of <1% and is supplied in a miniature surface-mount package. It is the optimum solution for automotive LiDAR and industrial distance measurement applications.
