C-BLUE One: THE NEW HIGH SPEED LOW NOISE GLOBAL SHUTTER SCIENTIFIC CMOS CAMERA

C-BLUE One is a high performance scientific visible camera operating in the visible range (400 nm – 1000nm). It is based on a full resolution 1608 x 1104 (1.7MP) cooled CMOS sensor.
C-BLUE One is a game changer for fast acquisition scientific imaging: for the first time, global shutter and very high framerates (up to 662 Hz in 8-bits full frame) are combined to very low readout noise    (< 3 e- rms).
The camera can be cooled down to 10°C with air cooling (fan). For demanding applications, the camera can be thermalized to 0°C with a cooling plate.

C-BLUE One is ideal for dynamic imaging:
While usual CMOS cameras are more suited for industrial applications, C-BLUE One integrates an industrial sensor into a high-end scientific camera, to cover a large scope of applications.
C-BLUE One’s global shutter, combined to very high framerates and very low noise, enables the acquisition of artefact free images, with high temporal resolution and high sensitivity simultaneously.
Designed for fast acquisition scientific applications such as astronomy, laser guide star, life sciences and high-end industry, C-BLUE One opens new horizons for low noise high speed visible imaging.

The camera offers both Coaxpress 2.0 - CXP10x2 connection and 10 GigaBit Ethernet (available end 2021) interfaces and is GenICam compatible. It is integrated in the First Light Vision Graphical User Interface (GUI) which is cross-platform (Windows®10, Linux Ubuntu 16.04 & 18.04, and all Nvidia Jetson platforms).  To help programmers develop their own user interface, the Software Development Kit (SDK) provides source codes for short demos in C/C++, Labview, Python and MatLab.
