Often used to separate beams of differing colours, Pellin-Broca Prisms are ideal for use in atomic spectroscopy or to separate outputs of a multi-line laser. Unique in shape, a Pellin-Broca Prism's formation ideally deviates a beam of the given wavelength by 90º – with the wavelength selected by the angle of rotation of the prism.
