The model T40XYZ-13R10A, XYZ Positioning Stage is stacked by 2 units of Linear Translation Stage T40X-13R and a Vertical Stage T40Z-10A. The XYZ system is using for the applications when require the limit space, and will provide 13 mm range in XY directions and 10 mm of vertical travel in Z. The maximum loading capacity ups to 3 kg.

It also can set up a 4-Axis Positioning Stage by stacking a Manual Rotation Stage R40B-L on the top platform.
