30 Jul 2014 Gamma Scientific has announced the release of their new Automated Reflectometer Systems for measuring isolated first surface reflectance of thin film coatings on display glass.
A proprietary design eliminates backside interference and allows manufacturers to perform non-destructive, single-sided inspection on display glass and polished, transmissive elements as thin as 0.5 mm. Designed for quality assurance, R&D and production environments, the systems capture complete spectral reflectance data for entire panels with the push of a button.
Featuring millisecond measurement speed, programmable multi-location functionality and pass/fail compatibility, Gamma Scientific Automated Reflectometers are designed to streamline the testing process with faster inspections.
Automated Reflectometers are designed for measuring flat panel and touchscreen display glass, optical filters, lens coatings and anti-reflection (AR) coating inspection.

ARMeasure Reflectance Software from Gamma Scientific features programmable, multi-location reflectance measurement, binning pass/fail compatibility and a real-time a*, b* color chart. The software captures simultaneous 10° and 45° measurements and integrates with an optional bar code reader.
