Ultra-flat, uncompensated thin dichroic/polychroic filters are the latest product in Alluxa’s Ultra series of high-performance optical filters. These filters feature flatness < 0.1 waves rms and transmission > 95%. Alluxa’s novel hard-coating process eliminates the need for backside compensation.
