SemiNex offers up to 20W CW optical power from a 375µm fibre bundled package. Optional monitor photodiode and red aiming beam are available upon request. Standard wavelengths include 1450nm, 1470nm, 1532nm and 1550nm. Custom wavelengths are possible between 1300nm and 1700nm. High slope efficiency of 50% W/A lowers typical electrical and cooling system requirements.
