15 Jan 2009 Scitec Instruments Polska offers the new Mitsubishi ML3XX2 series of high power, high efficiency blue-violet semiconductor lasers. This series of blue-violet laser diodes provide a stable, single transverse mode oscillation with emission wavelength of 405 nm (typical). Standard pulsed output power is 250 mW, with CW output power at 140 mW. The device features high efficiency (1.5W/A typical).
Two TO-can versions of this device are available: 5.6mm (ML320G2) and 3.8mm (ML329G2) diameter. |
