Eleven Parallel Lines with Only One Laser Module

A new FLEXPOINT® line laser can create eleven parallel lines with a single module. This is possible through an integrated diffractive optical element.

The advantages are obvious: In the past, several line lasers had to be used for a measuring task. Through the use of this module complex adjustment work and the costs involved in acquiring numerous line lasers are saved. This module was developed for measuring tasks in image processing, where high output power and reliable specifications are required. The line laser is available with laser diodes in the 635-670 nm range. Depending on the wavelength, an output power of up to 30 mW can be achieved. The fan angle of a line is 30° and the angle between individual lines 3°.
