12 Apr 2010 Ultiquest Technology just has launched its infrared right-angle prisms that are used to achieve a 90º light path bend with extremely competitive prices. These infrared uncoated prisms use total internal reflection for the right-angle path bend and are suitable for use with well-collimated light sources. The prisms with a calcium fluoride substrate are available uncoated in sizes of 12.7, 25.4 and 38.1 mm. Those with a germanium or a zinc selenide substrate are available uncoated in 12.7- and 25.4-mm sizes.
Custom antireflection and metallic coating options are available to meet customers’ specific requirements.
