13 Apr 2006 Red and green laser modules have been introduced for oem or research applications Red laser diode and green DPSS laser modules, with output powers from 1 to 10 mW have been introduced by Scitec Instruments. The red modules emit at 635 nm and the green at 532 nm. All modules are supplied fitted with an output collimating lens with AR coatings.
The red laser diode modules are offered in a choice of package size, either with a diameter of 12 mm and a length of 37 mm or with a diameter of 8 mm and length of 30 mm. They require a drive voltage of 3 V dc and a current of up to 65 mA, depending on the output power. The output beam is 2 x 5 mm and has a divergence of 1.5 mrad.
The green DPSS laser modules have a diameter of 12 mm and a length of 35 mm. They require a drive voltage of 3 V and a current of up to 160 mA.The output beam has a diameter of less than 1.5 mm and a divergence of 1.5 mrad.
All laser modules feature input voltage reverse protection and automatic power control circuitry to provide constant output power. Operating temperature is from -10 C to +40 C. |
