Enhanced Computer Generated Holograms

Computer generated holographical reference objectives for quality control of aspherical and spherical surfaces as well as optical systems. Software support for closed loop asphere manufacturing.

Specifications * CGH-diameter up to 300 mm * Mounted in standard bajonetholder * CGH with intergrated generation of the reference wavefront (similar to standard Fizeau transmission spheres). * Integrated adjustment hologram for the lens under test * Measuring precision PV < l/10 * CGH F-Number down to F/#=1.0 (amplitude CGH) and F/#=1.5 (phase CGH) * For smaller F-Numbers, we offer conventional CGHs.

Characteristics * Easy adjustment of the lens under test by means of the integrated adjustment hologram * High measuring precision, no disturbances by the glass substrate * No need of adjustment of the hologram relative to the interferometer * No need of a separate holder for the hologram
