As III-V Epi celebrates its fifth birthday, the company has demonstrated consistent growth, establishing its reputation as a trusted supplier of III-V epitaxial structures through MBE and MOCVD. III-V Epi is committed to fast turnaround times and low to medium volume production across a range of material systems. It is a unique value proposition in the industry, making the company the ideal supply partner for devices and services for high-growth markets, including AI, telecommunications, data communications, additive manufacturing, LiDAR, and sensing. More than two-thirds of its revenue now comes from industrial projects with ongoing supply requirements, while the remainder is from start-up companies and academic projects, often at the forefront of technical advancements in the photonics industry.
