Lannion, France – Lumibird, the specialist in laser technologies, is pleased to announce a worldwide agreement with GWU-Lasertechnik for the commercialization of GWU’s Optical Parametric Oscillator (OPO) with Lumibird’s Solid-State Lasers.
This agreement expands the Lumibird offering for pulsed Nd:YAG lasers to include tunable OPO systems. The OPOs will be pumped with the lasers from the industry leading Q-smart or Merion series, providing extended tunability from ultraviolet to mid-infrared.
This partnership also allows Lumibird to expand its range of tunable solutions.
The alliance between the agility and reliability of Lumibird lasers and the performance of the GWU OPOs will provide new and exciting solutions to meet the demanding applications of the scientific community in spectroscopy, instrumentation or medical applications.
